Debt Resolution Group currently only offers flat fee collection services. We mail out letters on our letterhead on your behalf to remind debtors of their obligation to pay. These letters can be accompanied by our ever-growing services and can be purchased as many times as needed. Phone services are coming soon. At this time, debtors are advised to remit payment directly to you, the client, and not to us. In the event that we receive payment in error, it will be remitted to you within 14 days.
